Vanilla ice cream, sprinkled with caramelised pumpkin seeds and Styrian pumpkin seed oil.

INGREDIENTS: Vanilla Ice Cream, Pumpkin Seeds, Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil, Vanilla Sugar, Grand Marnier

DIRECTIONS: To caramelise the pumpkin seed heat a bit of butter in a pan. Add the pumpkin seeds and vanilla sugar. Once the seeds are caramelised add a splash of Grand Marnier and take of the heat.  To serve: sprinkle the caramelised pumpkin seeds over two scoop of vanilla ice cream and add a splash of Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil.
